Your EU listings are going offline. Do you know which ones?

The new GPSR regulation requires EU sellers to provide manufacturer details, safety warnings, and CE documentation. Thousands of bol.com products are not yet compliant — and will be taken offline starting April 2026.

The problem

You don't know what's missing

Compliance requirements are complex and differ per channel. GPSR mandates manufacturer data, responsible person details, and safety documentation — but the rules vary between bol.com, Amazon, and Shopify.

You find out when it's too late

Listings go offline, revenue stops. bol.com is actively pulling non-compliant products starting March 2026. By the time you notice, the damage is done.

Manual fixes don't scale

With 500+ SKUs it's impossible to check every product manually. You need an automated scan that tells you exactly what's missing, per product, per field.

How it works

  1. Upload your product data — Export a CSV from Shopify, bol.com, or your PIM system
  2. We scan for compliance — GPSR rules, manufacturer data, safety warnings, documentation
  3. See exactly what's missing — Per product, per field, with a clear explanation

Free compliance scan

Upload your CSV and instantly see which products are at risk of being removed.

The clock is ticking

Frequently asked questions

What is GPSR?
The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is an EU regulation (EU 2023/988) that replaces the old General Product Safety Directive. It requires all products sold in the EU to include manufacturer details, a responsible person in the EU, safety warnings, and technical documentation.
When will bol.com take non-compliant listings offline?
bol.com has announced a phased enforcement: since March 5, 2026, new products cannot be listed without manufacturer details. Starting April 1, 2026, existing products without this data will be gradually removed.
Which data fields are required under GPSR?
At minimum: manufacturer name, manufacturer address, manufacturer email or phone, EU responsible person name and address, safety warnings (where applicable), and a reference to CE documentation.
Is the compliance scan really free?
Yes, the basic scan is completely free. Upload a CSV with up to 50 products and get an instant report. No account needed, no credit card required.
Is my product data stored?
No. Your CSV is processed entirely in your browser. No product data is sent to our servers or stored anywhere.
Which marketplaces does Assortiqo support?
Currently, the free scanner works with any CSV export from bol.com, Shopify, Amazon, or your own PIM system. Paid plans will add direct API integrations.
